I'm glad you're here

I believe that becoming a parent is a profound transition, and that every parent deserves support and respect. We are not meant to do this alone. I can help you hold the messy parts and find the beauty in this season, whether you're meeting your first baby or your fifth.

01

Prepare with Intention

Pregnancy support, preparing for birth, and planning for a postpartum that can hold you and baby in a way that feels right for you, and that fits your actual family arrangement

02

Be Supported

Steady physical, emotional, and practical support during birth, whether you're planning for a hospital, birth center, or home birth. Your doula is here to support you, not a specific birth outcome.

03

Find Your Footing

Move into your new life with more confidence and ease with postpartum and newborn support.I offer practical support around the house, help with older siblings, answer questions about newborn care, and prepare nourishing meals. I can care for your baby in the next room while you rest, or simply share a cup of coffee and hear what's on your mind.Postpartum care is not a luxury, and needing support doesn't mean that you're failing. We all deserve to be supported as we learn to care for out babies.

04

Find Belonging

Becoming a parent changes how you show up and what you need from your relationships. That doesn't mean you have to do this alone. Connect with others who understand the season of life you're in, find resources that bolster you and your family, and build relationships that can grow alongside you, beyond your time with a doula.New parent and mama/baby circles and workshops, community events, babywearing, family gatherings, and other ways to connect with the people, resources, and places that can support you and your family.

Evidence matters. So does knowing yourself.

As a doula, my goal is to offer information, tools, and support to help you find your path. There is no one right way to become a parent. I can help you explore your options, understand the evidence, and feel grounded in what's right for you and your family.I believe that good care is rooted in relationship. To ourselves, to one another, and to the places we call home.

support can take many forms
